| It started in Varberg,
a small west-cost town in the south of Sweden, 1997 when singer
and songwriter Eke (Björn Ekerstedt) was working on a side-project
from his (at that time) band "Bluefish". He had decided
to make a 5-track EP with different local musicians on each track.
One day he needed a guitar solo so he called Linkan (Fredrik
Andersson) who was playing guitar with a hard rock band called "Livin'
Parazite". The co-operation between Eke and Linkan was great
and they found out that they both liked bands like Thin Lizzy
(never party without Thin Lizzy), Sex Pistols, Kiss, Suede, etc.
They were both unemployed so they formed a band and Eke called
it "Zoodrive" after the road signs that show you the
way to the Zoo. Full
